Spring is finally here!! Well, today it is anyway...If you missed our Spring Tea you can still come in and see all the beautiful
florals and specialty items we have found to celebrate the new season. These adorable little urns hold name cards for your Easter and springtime celebrations. We have dozens of nests and eggs too! Try adding some fresh new bunches of flowers to your home and see what a difference it makes in how your home feels and how you feel...

Tuck a nest or two into the
cubby of a shelf or next to a clay pot. For a refreshing spring table we put tall white
florals in a clear glass vase with bright green artificial eggs in the bottom. Then added two hurricane candle sticks on either side of the vase. To finish this off we then added two more short
hurricane glasses partially filled with green gravel and some white votive candles.
The vase and the assorted hurricane globes can be used every season by simply changing out the color of the candles and flowers. We try to carry items in the store that can have multiple purposes .

The table runner I used for this setting was simply a strip of green and white striped fabric that I can use during the Christmas season also.
The candles are battery operated and even flicker!! No need to worry about burning your nearby floral centerpiece when you use these great candlesticks (they are perfect to use in you pumpkins for Halloween.)
Maybe your sofa could use some sprucing up by simply adding some bright pillows.

Here we have added a pair of "sprout" green ones to our classic black and white
houndstooth sectional. The black and white "zebra" rug is quite in vogue now and can be use in any room whether traditional or contemporary.
As always a great mixed bouquet of flowers works wonders on a entry table. What a great way to welcome your guests...
Great looking floral arrangements are only one of the ways we use flowers at Traditions. Come see us on Saturday, March 31, from 2-4 and see how we put together floral wreaths and baskets. We will be doing demos during that time and we will answer any questions that you may have.....hop on over!! Talk to you soon, Sue
